pay->pays（主语he是第三人称单数，谓语动词要用单三形式）
5.Tony saw I and came and sat at the same table.
I->me （I是第一人称代词的主格，可以作主语，表语。但作为动词的宾语只能用人称代词的宾格）
7.While he was eaten, I asked him to lend me 20 pounds.
eaten->eating （“当他在吃饭时”，过去某一时刻正在发生的动作或情况用过去进行时）
8.To my surprise, he gave me the money immediate.
immediate->immediately （immediately副词，修饰gave作状语）
